To improve our handling of your comments, tips and ideas, we're now introducing our new customer ombudsman.

Our aim is to always ensure that you the customer are satisfied and feel that we listen to and deal with your comments and points of view quickly and professionally. However, if you are dissatisfied or have other comments, you are now welcome to contact our customer ombudsman.
