We have reached the 4.0 on a scale of five in this year's Customer Satisfaction Index! This good grade from our tenants gives us even more power and energy to improve housing for those who stay with us.
We would like to give a big thank you to everyone who took the time to answer the questions. That we for more than the tenth year in a row increase our rating shows that our improvements have been successful. But we do not relax with this. The result of the survey is the bas for many of the actions we carry out in our neighborhoods to make you comfortable with your accommodation.
Customer Satisfaction Index is a survey that we conduct every spring. It is sent out to randomly selected tenants and reached this year, about a quarter of our tenants. We want to know what you and your neighbors think we are doing well and what we can do better. Your opinions are important to us.
