Stiftelsen Stockholms Studentbostäder (SSSB) and Stockholms Studenthyresgästers Förening (SSF) (in English the Stockholm Student Tenants’ Association) have reached agreement on the rent levels for 2012. The agreement gives a rent increase with 2% from January 1st 2012.

Unfortunately, the negotiation wasn’t finished until the end of year 2011. Therefore it did not make it on January month's rent. The rent increase will therefore be distributed on the remaining months of 2012.
