SSSB has an agreement with Securitas’ disturbance watch. For the last year we charge tenants who cause a disturbance necessitating a call-out which is confirmed with a protocol from Securitas. If the protocol states that the disturbance is still ongoing when Securitas arrives to place the tenant will be charged for the disturbance call-out.

SSSB charges the tenant the same amount that we pay per call-out. Securitas has now raised the amount from SEK 1035 till SEK 1101 per call-out. This means that from February 1 2010 and hereafter SSSB will charge SEK 1101 for each confirmed call-out from.

Fortunately enough there has been 50 fewer disturbance call-outs year 2009 and we hope that they will continue to diminish in number.
