Your house caretaker will help you with repairs, keys, advice on maintenance of your apartment, inspection when you move out and much more.
 
Please note! As from 6 April 2010 there will be a couple of changes at Kungshamra:
  • There will be two new house caretakers; Jonas Gustafsson and Mia Mathiasson.
  • The responsibility for the buildings at Kungshamra has been divided differently between the house caretakers. Please check who will be the house caretaker for your house, maybe you’re one of them who got a new house caretaker.
  • Frösunda belongs to Kungshamra’s house caretaker’s office from now on.
