Freja looks more like something from an Astrid Lindgren story book than a student accommodation complex. Six traditional red houses with white timber trim, situated in an idyllic meadow as part of an attractive residential area in Täby, north of Stockholm. Hardly your average student accommodation!

Freja is one of our smallest housing areas. There are only 60 one-room apartments here, and this gives the area a cosy and personal atmosphere. The Tibblebadet swimming complex, with its 50 metre pool, is just a short cycle ride away as are the running trails at Ensta krog outdoor activity area. All your shopping needs can be catered for at Täby Centrum, Sweden's largest indoor shopping centre, situated around 1km away. There are grocery shops even closer, in the smaller shopping centre in Roslags Näsby.

The picturesque "Roslagsbanan" is not your average commuter train. This unique narrow-gauge railway track is well over one hundred years old. Although the trains are modern, they retain their special, ageless charm. Most importantly, trains to the University and to Stockholm East station (Stockholm Östra) depart several times an hour, and you can reach reach the city centre in just over 15 minutes. The nearest station, Roslags Näsby, is situated just a few hundred metres from Freja.
