When you register on our waiting-list you get your own web page on sssb.se, My pages. Since basically all our information to our customers is handled via the Internet it is very important that you log in to My pages on a regular basis, to read messages and other useful information.

No one but yourself have access to the information on your personal page. Be careful not to expose your login details to others.

About SSSB's waiting list

You must be at least 16 and not more than 54 years old to register on SSSB:s waiting-list. To be able to collect credit days you need to be a member of a student union affiliated to the Stockholm Federation of Student Unions (SSCO). This also applies for all SSSB tenants. (It’s not enough being a sustaining member of a student union.)

SSSB carries out checks on a regular basis where we compare the waiting-list with Stockholm’s student unions’ membership register administrated by SSCO. Read more in our waiting list and booking rules »

In order to sign a rental agreement you must be at least 18 and not older than 54 years old.

No Swedish "personnummer"?

If you don't have a personal identification number, or Swedish "personnummer", you state your birth details when you register and tick the box for "foreign". Then follow the instructions in the registration form. You will receive a "temporary" ID number (or a customer reference number), only valid for SSSB. You use this number when you log in.

However, if you get a Swedish "personnummer" after having signed up on the SSSB waiting list, we would like you to register it in our database. Bring your Swedish ID or your passport and civic registration certificate to the Customer Service Centre, and we will change the information for you.

Already registered

If you try to register but get the message that you are already registered in our database, you have previously been on our waiting list. All you need to do in using your old login details to enter My pages and follow the instructions on how to put yourself back on the waiting list. Have you forgotten your pin code? Please see instructions under Forgot your pin code, in the menu to the left. Make sure that SSSB has your correct e-mail address if you want us to send you a pin code.
