Our aim is to ensure that you the customers are satisfied and feel that we listen to and deal with your comments and complaints quickly and professionally. Sometimes, however, misunderstandings do occur and that's why we have a customer ombudsman.
The ombudsman's task is to coordinate and make use of your comments, tips and ideas. The feedback we get from you is an important part of our efforts to constantly improve our services.
When should I contact the customer ombudsman?
Your house caretaker and the SSSB Customer Service Centre are always ready to answer your questions and listen to your comments. If you feel you still need someone else to talk to, you are welcome to contact our customer ombudsman. Send a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
