Emergency faults evenings, weekends

If you need to report emergency faults during evenings, weekends and public holidays contact on-duty repairman (Fastighetsjouren):

Daytime on weekdays please make your fault report via the form on My pages here at sssb.se or contact your house caretaker by e-mail or telephone.

If you live in an apartment not owned by SSSB please see information in the stairwell.

Disturbances evenings, weekends

In case of disturbance as loud music etc. after SSSB's office hours please contact Disturbance Watch:
During office hours please contact your house caretaker.

Broadband and cable TV 0772-25 25 25

If your broadband is faulty or if you want to report disturbances in TV reception visit tele2.se or call Tele2's Customer Services: Please note! The Tele2 Customer Service's interactive voice response is only available in Swedish. You can download instructions on which button to press to be put through to the right agent. Download the manual »
If the broadband socket is broken, however, please contact your house caretaker.

Home insurance 0771- 111 669

SSSB cooperates with the Swedish insurance company Trygg-Hansa who offers SSSB’s tenants a beneficial home insurance package. Please note! You must have a Swedish personal ID number (“personnummer”) and be registered in Sweden to be able to take out an insurance.

On My pages you have the possibility to take out the insurance directly via a web form. You can also contact Trygg-Hansa directly.

Pest Control 08-517 634 00

If you discover any harmful insects or vermin in your apartment or the building, you are obliged to inform the property owner immediately.

Report pests or vermin to your house caretaker. You can also report vermin directly to Anticimex either via the form at "My pages" here at sssb.se or by phone.

SSSB tenants can call a special number to Anticimex for faster help with decontamination,
Monday-Friday 8 am-4 pm

Using Anticimex is free of charge for you as a tenant at SSSB.

SSSB has both outdoor and heated indoor parking facilities available for rent in several of our housing areas. The management of our parking facilities is sub-contracted to Q-Park. Please contact them at:
