SSSB has parking facilities available for rent in nine of our housing areas. We have both outdoor and heated indoor facilities depending on the area. Everyone is welcome to rent a parking space from us regardless of whether they are a tenant of ours or not.
Where to park
Huddinge (Flemingsberg)
In Flemingsberg, opposite Huddinge hospital, we have 24 caged parking spaces for rent in a heated garage at Röntgenvägen 1. If you rent a space in this garage, you will share a cage with other SSSB tenants.
Gärdet (Fyrtalet)
At Gärdet we have 25 outdoor parking spaces at Värtavägen 66. You can choose between a normal outdoor parking space or one under a roof.
Östermalm (Domus, Forum and Nyponet)
We have a total of 124 parking spaces divided between Valhallavägen 45/Körbärsvägen 2-4 and Körsbärsvägen 9. There are spaces both outdoors and in a heated garage. For those of you interested in renting parking facilities outdoors, there are two types of spaces to choose between, either a normal outdoor space or one under a roof with access to electricity. The heated garage has spaces for both cars and motorcycles. If you are interested in renting a parking space for a motorcycle, you can choose to rent one inside or outside a cage.
Norrmalm, Vasastaden (Idun)
Our property at Norra Stationsgatan 99 has a heated garage with 94 spaces. There are spaces for both cars and motorcycles. If you are interested in renting a space for a car in the garage, you can choose between one inside or outside a cage.
Bergshamra (Kungshamra)
In Bergshamra we have a total of 127 parking spaces on three outdoor car parks at Kungshamra 1, Kungshamra 21 and Kungshamra 31.
Solna (Frösunda)
In Frösunda we have three outdoor parking spaces above the garage at Gustav III:s Boulevard 2-4.
Lappkärrsberget
At Lappkärrsberget we have 162 parking spaces in our unheated garage at Lektorstigen 21-23. There are spaces for both cars and motorcycles. There is a separate room in the garage for motorcycles. In addition to these garage spaces, we also have three parking spaces with access to electricity at Professorsslingan 39.
Västra skogen (Strix och Pax)
At Emmylundsvägen 7 in the Pax area we have a total of 42 parking spaces for rent. You can rent a space either outdoors or in our heated garage. The heated garage has spaces for both cars and motorcycles.
At Armégatan 32 in the Strix area we have 55 spaces for rent outdoors.
Sickla (Frigg)
On Uddvägen in Sickla we have 33 spaces for rent outdoors.
Nacka (Balder)
On Edinsvägen in Nacka we have 12 spaces for rent outdoors.
Täby (Freja)
On Gärdesvägen in Täby we have 15 unreserved parking spaces outdoors. Choose between using a parking disc for maximum 3 hours or using a parking permit issued by Q-Park. You can get the parking permit at your house caretaker’s office. This permit is for free and valid a year at a time. Maximum 1 permit per household.

Signing a contract
You must contact Q-Park to reserve a parking space. If you are a SSSB tenant, you must send them a copy of your tenancy agreement.
Starting to use the parking facilities
If you rent a parking space in one of our garages, you must sign for and collect a key to the garage. You do this at the nearest house caretakers' office (to which the garage belongs). Q-Park will tell you which house caretakers' office to go to. You will only be able to sign for and collect a garage key a day or two before your contract period begins. Please remember to take your ID with you, otherwise we will not able to issue you with a key.
Keys
You are responsible for the keys you are given when you start to use your parking space and until you return them at the end of your contract period. You will be charged for any lost keys.
Electronic keys are used at some of our properties, but we intend to introduce this system at all our properties within the near future. It provides our tenants with a safer living environment and reduces the risk of damage.
Electronic keys allow us to monitor who goes in and out of the door. This information may prove useful in the event of any damage being caused at the property. We can also block your key in case you lose it.
Each electronic key is personal and directly linked to your apartment. It is therefore essential that you don't exchange keys with your neighbour or lend your key to someone who is not authorised to use it, as you will be held responsible in the event of the key being misused.
At the end of your contract period
You must move your vehicle no later than the day your contract expires. If you have rented a parking space in one of our garages, you must leave the key/s at the same house caretakers' office from which you collected them. Please note that the keys must be returned no later than the day after your contract expires. It is also important that you clean the space and not leave anything which the next tenant has to remove. You will be charged a fee if you fail to return the keys in time.
Giving notice to terminate your contract
