Within SSSB's premises many thousands of students live and work together, despite of versatile backgrounds, ages and stages in life. In most cases the co-existance works just fine, thanks to both explicit and unwritten rules.

Rules – dull but necessary!

Our housing rules are not only beneficial for everyones comfort and well-being, but they are also important for other reasons. For example, if out tenants are careless when classifying their household waste, SSSB has to pay extra fees to the gargabe collectors, which – in the long run – affects the rent levels.

Another example is cardboard boxes and garbage left in corridors or stairs. It's not only a sad sight, but can also be deadly dangerous in case of fire.
