Our aim is to ensure that you the customers are satisfied and feel that we listen to and deal with your comments and complaints quickly and professionally. Your house caretaker and our Customer Service are always ready to answer your questions and listen to your comments. Sometimes, however, misunderstandings do occur and that’s why we have a Customer Ombud.
This ombud’s task is to coordinate and make use of your comments, tips and ideas. The feedback we get from you is an important part of our efforts to constantly improve our services.
