If you need urgent help when our House Caretaker’s Office has closed, please contact the Out-of-hours emergency service (fastighetsjouren). This may, for example, be necessary if there is a water leak, a toilet block, failures related to the elevator or an electrical fault in your home or building.
It is important that you provide accurate information when contacting the Out-of-hours emergency service. If you are not at home when the emergency service arrives or if you’ve given incorrect information that leads to an unnecessary call-out, you may be liable for payment.

Faults that are not acute, can easily be reported on My Pages by filling out our form for fault/pest. Your House Caretaker will then contact you to correct the error.
