Contract signing and security of tenure

When signing a corridor room contract at Körsbärsvägen 4A, 4B, 4C

If you are moving into a corridor room at Körsbärsvägen 4A, 4B, or 4C, you will be required to sign a waiver of security of tenure when signing the contract. This means that you do not have the right to remain in the accommodation after we have terminated the contract.

We always terminate a rental contract with at least three months’ notice.

If you wish to continue living with us, you will need to book a new accommodation using your queue days.

The reason for this is that we may need the room as a replacement apartment due to renovations at Roslagstullsbacken 5.
