If you’re looking for a Stockholm studentbostäder home, start by registering an account. Our waiting-list system works like this: you check for vacant homes yourself. These are published on our website. You then apply for the homes (maximum three at a time) you want to rent. The applicant with the most waiting-list credit days will be offered the home, provided that person fulfils the necessary requirements. You must be registered for at least 15 higher education credits, at a university in Stockholm and be a member of the school student union. The Student Union must also be affiliated with SSCO (Stockholm Studenters Central Organisation).
