Receiving an offer
Once the application period has come to an end, we send out an offer via My pages to the applicant with the most waiting-list credit days. You are yourself responsible for logging on to My pages and checking to see if you have received an offer and for responding to the offer in time. If you fail to respond, it counts as saying no to the offer. The last date and time for responding to the offer can be found on the tenancy agreement offer and cannot be changed.
Note that even if you have applied for more than one home, you will only be offered one of them.
If you say no to an offer, the home will be published again. It does not go to the next person on the list.
If you booked an accommodation and received a contract offer, but we do not sign the contract because you do not meet or can prove that you meet the requirements to sign a contract, we will withdraw your offer and it will be counted as you have declined the offer. If you have declined two offers, your credit days and place in the queue will be deleted.
