You can find the whistleblowing service in the footer here at sssb.se. To ensure your anonymity, our whistleblowing service is provided by a third party, Whistleblowing Centre. The reporting channel is encrypted, which means no IP addresses are registered.
When your report is filed, it is handled immediately by a Stockholms studentbostäder working group consisting of the Head of Finance, Chief of Property Management and Head of Human Resources. All cases are handled in consultation with every member of the working group, and we will provide a response, or any additional questions, within 10 days.
You can file a report simply and securely by following the instructions provided in the link. When you have filed your report, you will receive an ID and password on the screen. Keep them somewhere safe for when you communicate with us in future. You will remain anonymous throughout the process.
Our whistleblowing service can be used to make us aware of a concern as well as possible irregularity or wrongdoing. You can also report suspected unauthorised residents or let us know about anything else of concern in your accommodation. You do not need to have evidence for your suspicions, however, all information must be provided in good faith.
Examples of serious wrongdoing or irregularities which can be reported:
• Financial crime, such as bribery, corruption or fraud.
• Corrupt behaviour such as abuse of power.
• Major security issues in the workplace.
• Environmental crime.
• All types of harassment and discrimination.
• Irregularities affecting the vital interests of the organisation.
• Unauthorised residents.

Following the introduction of the whistleblowing service, we will be withdrawing the post of Customer Ombudsman. If you wish to file an anonymous report about a disturbance or unauthorised resident, you can use our new whistleblowing service instead.
