At Stockholms studentbostäder we want to offer students who are affiliated to a student union a pleasant and affordable housing. Today we have about 8,000 rooms and apartments in Stockholm, Solna, Nacka and Huddinge, which makes us the largest student housing actor in Sweden.
Below you can read more about our different types of accommodation and in the menu on the left you’ll find more information about our housing areas.
When you rent a student room in a corridor, you have a room with your own toilet and shower but you share a kitchen and dining area with other students. If you rent a student room in a collective apartment or a two-room apartment, you share the toilet and shower. In our student rooms it’s only allowed to live one person.
When you rent a one-room student apartment, you have a room of approximately 20 – 30 square meters with a private kitchenette. You also have your own toilet and shower. Only one person can be written on the contract for our one-room student apartments. However, it’s allowed to have a person as a roommate.
When you rent a multi-room student apartment you have an apartment with one to four rooms as well as your own kitchenette or kitchen. Our multi-room student apartments are only rented to students with a fellow tenant or students with children. This means that you can’t rent a multi-room student apartment alone. However, your fellow tenant doesn’t have to be a student.
