Our areas in the city centre
We have 15 areas in central Stockholm. We have two house caretaker’s offices which is responsible for all these areas. One of our most popular areas is Lucidor. Lucidor is located in Gamla Stan (Old Town), Stockholm’s origin. There you live next to the Castle and the Cathedral. The house’s origins dates from the Middle Ages and is one of Stockholm’s Culture brands. Therefore there is for example no elevator in the building.
