Our areas south of the city
We have five areas in the southern part of Stockholm. These areas are geographically spread, from Nacka to Huddinge. For example, Medicinaren is located in Huddinge opposite to Karolinska University Hospital and close to Södertörn University College. Balder is located in Nacka. It is a quiet and green residential area.
Under each area, you’ll find information on ongoing projects in that area, e.g. replumbing projects and refurbishment.
