When signing a contract for a corridor room at Emmylundsvägen 1, 3, and 5,

If you are moving into a corridor room at Emmylundsvägen 1, 3, or 5, you will, in connection with signing the contract, sign a waiver of security of tenure. This means that you do not have the right to remain in the accommodation after we have terminated the contract.

We always terminate rental agreements with a notice period of at least three months.

If you want to continue living with us, you need to book a new accommodation using your queue days.

The reason for this is that we may need the accommodation as a replacement apartment due to renovations at Strix and Kungshamra.
