When signing a contract at Löjtnantsgatan 11–15

If you are moving into an apartment at Löjtnantsgatan 11–15, you will, in connection with signing the contract, sign a waiver of security of tenure. This means that you do not have the right to remain in the accommodation after we have terminated the contract.

We always terminate rental agreements with a notice period of at least three months.

If you wish to continue living with us, you will need to book a new accommodation using your credit days.

The reason for this is that we may need the apartment as a replacement housing unit due to renovations at Apeln, Lucidor, Hugin, and Munin.
