In addition to cleaning all rooms including kitchen and bathroom, window cleaning and rinsing of water locks are also included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Price:<\/strong>&nbsp;SEK 55\/m\u00b2 with RUT deduction (SEK 110\/m\u00b2 without RUT deduction \u2013 read more at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.skatteverket.se\/servicelankar\/otherlanguages\/inenglishengelska\/businessesandemployers\/startingandrunningaswedishbusiness\/declaringtaxesbusinesses\/rotandrutwork.4.8dcbbe4142d38302d793f.html?q=rut\">skatteverket.se<\/a>). This price applies under normal wear and tear and may vary depending on the condition of the accommodation.<br><strong>Please note:<\/strong>&nbsp;The invoice must be paid in advance. Contact Cleanfresh for a quote. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Booking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To book, contact Cleanfresh no later than one week before your contract ends at&nbsp;<a>info@cleanfresh.se<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order for the cleaning to be carried out, your room or apartment must be completely emptied of your belongings. This also applies to kitchens \u2013 any kitchen cabinets and refrigerators in shared kitchens must also be fully emptied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your apartment is unusually dirty or contains items that have been left behind, Cleanfresh reserves the right to charge extra for emptying and sanitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If the cleaning is not approved<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that if you choose to clean yourself and the cleaning is not approved, you will be charged&nbsp;<strong>SEK 1,500<\/strong> for on-call cleaning&nbsp;plus an&nbsp;hourly cleaning fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the cleaning is not approved and we need to book a cleaning for you,&nbsp;you will not be able to use the RUT deduction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return of keys<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can choose to return your keys directly to Cleanfresh free of charge. The keys must then be handed in at their office.
