Living in a corridor room gives you the opportunity to get to know other students. Our tenants come from all over the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When you live in a corridor, you have your own room with a private toilet and shower, but share the kitchen and dining area with other students. Only one person may live in each corridor room. If you live in a corridor room, you pay rent for 10 months per year<\/strong>. This means that you will not receive a rent invoice for June and July.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In this type of housing, everyone has a shared responsibility<\/strong> for keeping the common areas clean and tidy. You are expected to clean the kitchen after cooking, sort your waste and take care of your rubbish. You are also responsible for keeping your own shelf in the fridge and your kitchen cupboards clean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It is not permitted to place personal refrigerators or use hot plates in corridor rooms. The rooms are not designed or equipped for this type of appliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For everyday life in the corridor to run smoothly, everyone needs to follow the rotating cleaning schedule. Cleaning materials and equipment are purchased and paid for by the tenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You are not<\/strong> allowed to have pets in corridor rooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Our student corridors are located in several areas in Stockholm and Solna.
