Living in corridor rooms is perfect for those who want to get to know new people. Our tenants come from all over the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When you live in a corridor, you have your\u00a0own room with a private toilet and shower, but share the\u00a0kitchen and dining area\u00a0with other students. Each student room is for\u00a0one person only. If you live in a corridor room, you pay rent for\u00a010 months per year<\/strong>, which means you will not receive a rent invoice for June and July.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In this type of housing, everyone shares the\u00a0responsibility<\/strong> for keeping the common areas clean and tidy. You are expected to clean up in the kitchen after cooking, sort your waste, and take care of your garbage. You are also responsible for keeping your own shelf in the fridge and kitchen cupboards clean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Cooperation is key\u00a0to making everyday life in the corridor run smoothly. We therefore ask everyone to follow the\u00a0rotating cleaning schedule. Cleaning materials and equipment are purchased and paid for by the tenants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You are not<\/strong> allowed to have pets in this type of home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Our student corridors are located all across Stockholm \u2013 close to campuses, green areas, and the city centre.
