The housing period constitutes the total rental period for all rental agreements that you have had at Stockholms studentbost\u00e4der.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After living for a total of about 5.5 years, you will be blocked with us and you will receive a termination of tenancy. This means that with this block you can no longer apply for a free term, sublet your accommodation, change roles on the rental agreement or book a new accommodation within Stockholms studentbost\u00e4der. You will be notified when you have been blocked. Due to strong medical or social reasons, been unable to complete your studies within six years. <br>2. Due to another reason that the Housing Committee considers noteworthy that you have been incapable of completing your studies within six years. <br>3. Conduct PhD studies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exemption according to items 1-2 above is decided by the Housing Committee. Exemption according to item 3 is decided by SSSB. In the event that the certificates are not sufficient or the case is difficult to assess, the matter is referred to the Housing Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The application for exemption from the maximum tenancy stay must be received by SSSB or the Housing Committee&nbsp;<strong>no later than three months before the agreement end<\/strong>&nbsp;according to the termination notice. You can apply for an exemption for up to one year at a time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students on a basic or advanced level can be allowed exemption with a maximum of two years.
