You are responsible for the keys and key fobs issued to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If an iLOQ key is lost or damaged, or if a lock cylinder needs to be reprogrammed because of a lost key, you will be charged for the cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to use your iLOQ key<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Insert the key fully into the cylinder and turn it. If the lock does not open, remove the key and try again at a slow and steady pace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keep the contact wire on the metal part of the key clean and smooth. If it becomes dirty, clean it with a soft cloth.
