You are responsible for the keys and key fobs issued to you. If an\u00a0iLoq key is lost or damaged, or if a lock cylinder needs to be reprogrammed because a key has been lost,\u00a0the cost will be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to use your iLoq key<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Insert the key fully into the cylinder and turn it. If the lock does not open, remove the key and try again at a\u00a0slow and steady pace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keep the contact wire on the metal part of the key\u00a0clean and smooth. If it becomes dirty, you can clean it with a soft cloth.
