To be able to live in our student housing, you need to meet our housing conditions every semester. Therefore, we perform a tenancy review to ensure that it is students who live in our homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When you have lived with us for about six months, you will be included in your first tenancy review. The review takes place twice a year \u2013 once in the spring (usually in April) and once in the autumn (usually in October).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n We also perform\u00a0random checks\u00a0outside of these periods. This means you must always be able to demonstrate that you meet our housing conditions, regardless of when you moved in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We make a single check towards Ladok and it shows if you have received 15 credits reported. If you have reported fewer than 15 credits, you will need to certify your studies with further documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You log in to My Pages to see your status. You may have any of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n You don’t have to do anything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You need to upload a transcript of records from Ladok showing that you have received at least 15 credits during the current review period (16 February\u201315 September for the autumn review, 16 September\u201315 February for the spring review). You must also have a registered Student Union membership for the current semester.<\/p>\n\n\n\r\n Once the review period ends, the option to upload certificates on My Pages will close. A\u00a0termination notice\u00a0will be sent to all tenants who do not have the status \u201cTenancy review approved.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you receive the status Not approved, a termination letter will be sent to you. In order for us to withdraw the termination, you must, in addition to uploading documents during the tenancy review period, also email certificates showing that you have completed at least 15 credits during the current semester (spring or autumn).<\/p>\n\n\n\n If your tenancy review is not approved in the autumn, you must move out no later than the end of February.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n If your tenancy review is not approved in the spring, you must move out no later than the end of August.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Depending on where you are in your studies, you need to submit different types of certificates. Below you can read what applies to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You need to be an active doctoral student to be eligible for student housing. Pre-doctoral and postdoctoral students are not approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can be automatically approved if your university has registered at least 50% study activity in Ladok. If not, you need to upload a registration certificate that confirms your doctoral studies and shows at least 50% study activity\u00a0during the current semester. The certificate must also confirm that you are\u00a0registered for the same semester.\u00a0 Here you will find our certificate template<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n We need to manually review your study results if your credits are reported in Ladok outside the current reporting period (16 February\u201315 September for the autumn semester, 16 September\u201315 February for the spring semester), or if you do not have any credits reported in Ladok at all. In that case, you need to upload certificates on My Pages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Your study results must be registered in Ladok no later than the final day of the reporting period. Re-exams registered after this date will not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Re-exams or credits registered after the deadline will not be accepted for the current review.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If your credits were earned during the review period but registered after the deadline, you also need to upload a certificate according to our template<\/a><\/em><\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n You need to upload a certificate on My pages that proves that you are studying and have completed studies of at least 50%. Please ask an authorized person at your school to write a certificate according to our template<\/a><\/em><\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n You can be granted an exemption and be on parental leave if you collect parental allowance continuously during the entire period (semester), corresponding to at least 2 days per study week. You can be granted an exemption for a maximum of 2 semesters in a row. During your total stay with us, you can be granted a waiver for a maximum of 4 semesters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you have been on parental leave during the\u00a0previous semester, you need to show the following certificates:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n You apply for parental leave at SSCO\u2019s Housing Delegation. Here you will find our application form<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you have 15 credits reported in Ladok for the previous semester but lack Student Union membership for the current autumn semester, you will not be able to upload your certificates on My Pages.
