The broadband fee is included in your rental invoice and cannot be deselected. This is stipulated in an agreement between the Stockholm Student Tenants\u2019 Association (SSF) and Stockholms studentbost\u00e4der.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Broadband<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To get your broadband up and running, you need a network cable that you connect directly to your computer. If you want wifi in your home, you can connect your own wifi router to the network socket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our internet operator is&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.telenor.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Telenor<\/a>. If you experience any issues with your broadband connection, contact their customer service at&nbsp;020 \u2013 222 222. Make sure to mention that you live with&nbsp;Stockholms studentbost\u00e4der&nbsp;and provide your street address and apartment number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Speed and Performance<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The broadband connection has a maximum speed of&nbsp;<strong>250\/250 Mbit\/s<\/strong>, meaning&nbsp;<strong>250 Mbit\/s&nbsp;<\/strong>downstream&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>250 Mbit\/s&nbsp;<\/strong>upstream. Depending on your address and the building\u2019s infrastructure, the speed may vary by up to&nbsp;<strong>60 Mbit\/s<\/strong>&nbsp;both upstream and downstream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that&nbsp;<strong>it is not&nbsp;<\/strong>possible to upgrade to a higher speed on your own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TV<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In most of our properties, you can connect an antenna cable between the TV outlet and your television to receive analogue TV channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you live at\u00a0Professorsslingan 47\u201353,\u00a0Arm\u00e9gatan 32 B\u2013C, or in the\u00a0Birka residential area, TV is provided through an IP-based solution. To get started, please contact Telenor at\u00a0+46 20 222 222.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that the TV antenna outlets in the Kungshamra residential area can no longer be used for TV reception.
