The project is expected to start in spring 2027 (may be postponed further).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Arm\u00e9gatan 32A and Arm\u00e9gatan 34 1001 och 1002<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These apartments will be rented out until the work begins. If you live at one of these addresses, you will need to sign a waiver of the right to tenancy security when signing your contract. This means you will not have the right to stay in the apartment after we have terminated the agreement. We always terminate a rental agreement with at least three months\u2019 notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apartments with two and three rooms at Arm\u00e9gatan 32A may also need to be used as evacuation housing during the extensive renovations of the properties Kandidaten 2, Kandidaten 3, and Kandidaten 4 in Kungshamra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do this because you cannot stay in the apartment while the renovation is ongoing.
