The project will tentatively start in 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apelbergsgatan 54\/Drottninggatan 67<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>These apartments will be rented out until the work begins. If you live at one of these addresses, you will need to sign a waiver of the right to tenancy security upon signing the rental agreement. This means that you do not have the right to stay in the apartment after we have terminated the agreement. We always terminate a rental agreement with at least three months\u2019 notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are doing this because you will not be able to stay in the apartment during the renovation.
