New tenants will therefore be required to sign a waiver of security of tenure when signing their tenancy agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This means that you do not have the right to remain in the home after we have terminated your tenancy agreement. The reason for this is that the apartment may be needed as temporary accommodation for tenants affected by the upcoming renovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your tenancy agreement needs to be terminated, you will be given at least three months&#8217; notice.
