For upcoming agreement signings at David Bagares Gata, all new tenants will need to sign a waiver of the right to tenancy security upon signing the rental agreement. This means that once you have signed this document, you do not have the right to stay in the apartment after we have terminated the contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We always terminate a rental agreement with at least three months\u2019 notice.
