This information applies to you if you already have an existing agreement in which you have signed a waiver of security of tenure. <br><br>A waiver of security of tenure means that you do not have the right to remain in the accommodation after we have terminated your tenancy agreement. The reason for the waiver is that we may need to use the accommodation as a replacement apartment\u00a0\u00a0due to renovations at Roslagstullsbacken 5.<br><br>If this becomes relevant, we will terminate your tenancy agreement with at least three months\u2019 notice.
