The rent increase is intended to cover rising costs for electricity, heating, interest rates, waste management, operations, and maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stockholms studentbost\u00e4der is a foundation where all surplus is reinvested directly into the organization\u2014into our properties, our living environments, and our tenants. This includes maintenance, improvements, energy efficiency measures, and the development of new student housing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 1958, our mission has remained the same: to offer safe, affordable, and attractive homes for today\u2019s students and for generations to come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How you will be affected by this year\u2019s rent negotiations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Together with SSF, we have agreed on an average rent increase of 5.35 percent for the annual rent from April 1, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For tenants living in one of our most recently built homes, the increase will be 4.95 percent. This applies to the following addresses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Professorsslingan 47\u201367<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arm\u00e9gatan 32 B and C<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understensv\u00e4gen 10 and 20<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simrishamnsv\u00e4gen 15<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For tenants who have individual measurement of hot water but do not live at any of the above addresses, the rent increase will also be 4.95 percent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Increase of hot water template fee<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The hot water template fee will increase to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>169 SEK for 1 room and kitchen\/kitchenette<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>331 SEK for 2 rooms and kitchen\/kitchenette and larger apartments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This increase is valid from April 1, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The electricity template fee remains unchanged in 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Retroactive increase<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As the rent negotiations apply from April 1 and you have already paid the invoice for April, you will need to pay the rent increase retroactively. The retroactive fee will be included in the invoice for May, with the due date 2025-04-30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The same applies to the increased hot water template fee\u2014it will also be charged retroactively in the May invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Separate negotiation agreement for Kungshamra 11 and Kungshamra 62 A\u2013B<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The properties at Kungshamra 11 and Kungshamra 62 A\u2013B will be covered by a separate negotiation agreement in 2025 regarding rent levels and hot water billing (IMD).
