This information applies to you if you already have a tenancy agreement where you have signed a waiver of security of tenure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A waiver of security of tenure means that you do not have the right to remain in your home after we have terminated your tenancy agreement.
