The purpose of the upgrade is to increase the property\u2019s electrical capacity, ensuring a safe and vibrant student housing area for the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What does the work involve?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The worksite is located on the garage level<\/strong>, and several different contractors may be present in the building during the project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Noise may occur<\/strong>&nbsp;near the worksite. We will always notify residents in advance if particularly loud work is scheduled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A short, planned power outage<\/strong>&nbsp;will take place during the project. More detailed information will be shared ahead of time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accessibility in the garage and around the building may be affected<\/strong>, but it will always be possible to move through the area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Timeline<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project is expected to be completed by 2026.
