During this period, we will also need access to three apartments. Relining means that the existing drainage pipes are renovated internally to extend their lifespan and reduce the need for future major work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once the relining work has been completed, the renovation of the laundry room is planned to begin and continue for approximately 4\u20136 weeks. During this period, all tenants will have access to a temporary laundry room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
