To investigate why water has entered the facade, we will carry out investigative maintenance work at Forskarbacken 8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The work will begin on 21 September and is expected to continue until 6 November 2026.<\/strong> The work will be carried out by our contractor on weekdays between 08:00 and 16:00<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How will residents be affected?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To carry out the work, scaffolding will be erected outside parts of the building at Forskarbacken 8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 If the scaffolding is placed outside your windows, there may be some temporary loss of privacy while the work is ongoing. However, the scaffolding will not obstruct the view from your windows.
\u2022 Disturbing noise may occur periodically while bricks are being removed to investigate the facade’s construction. The noise may affect residents throughout the building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schedule<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As this is an investigative project, the schedule may change depending on what we discover once the facade has been opened up. If the work needs to be extended or if we have new information to share, we will inform you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
