Student housing at Lucidor is now available, right in the heart of Gamla stan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following an extensive renovation, the building is now ready for a new generation of students. The work has been carried out with great respect for the building\u2019s history and character, giving more students the opportunity to live in one of Stockholm\u2019s most unique settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where history lives on <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Generations of students have lived at Lucidor since the late 1960s. After many years, the building was in need of maintenance and renovation. The work has therefore been about more than simply updating the homes \u2013 preserving the building\u2019s character has been just as important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the renovation, we have taken the building\u2019s history into consideration by choosing materials that reflect its period and preserving details and features that belong to its original character. The result is updated student housing where the building\u2019s historic atmosphere remains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lucidor is now ready for a new generation of students to call it home.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

With Gamla stan metro station just a short walk away, it\u2019s easy to get to many of Stockholm\u2019s universities and colleges. The red line takes you directly to both KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Stockholm University, while the Stockholm School of Economics, the Swedish Defence University and several other higher education institutions are also within easy reach. Here, you\u2019ll live in the heart of Stockholm, with campus, the city and the rest of Stockholm all close at hand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
