The work will be carried out by our contractor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>If you live at one of the affected addresses, this means that:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Our contractor will need access to your bathroom on one occasion to carry out the work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will not be able to use your bathroom while the work is being carried out in your apartment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The towel rail will remain in place and can still be used to hang towels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All tenants at the affected addresses will receive regular updates about when the work will take place and how they will be affected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preliminary schedule<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The work is expected to take place <strong>from 9 November to 15 January<\/strong>, with a break for the Christmas holidays between 23 December and 7 January.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The work will begin on the first floor and continue upwards through the building, before finishing on floor 0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The schedule is preliminary and may be adjusted depending on how the work progresses.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Due to regulatory requirements concerning water circulation in water-heated towel rails, we need to disconnect the towel rails from the plumbing system in the apartments at Maltgatan 4\u201312 and Hammarby all\u00e9 78 C.
