We rent a number of homes in Södermalm from HSB, which are then rented out as student housing. Tanto is located quietly and idyllically down by Årstaviken, next door to a large and cozy park area with allotments, at the same time as it’s close to the city pulse.
The Roslagstull building is nestled in greenery right on the edge of town, within walking and cycling distance of Stockholm University and a stone’s throw from KTH.
Nyponet, with its 21 floors is one of Stockholm’s most famous landmarks. It’s also on a hill, so you don’t have to climb very many floors to look over the rooftops on the other side of Valhallavägen.
Fyrtalet is within walking distance of Värtahamnen and is one of several student residences in the quiet and green district of Gärdet.
Staying at Forum is ideal if you study at KTH, which is only a few minutes’ walk away. At the same time, you are close to Stockholm University and several other universities.
From Birka, it is close to Södermalm and the city, and with just a short walk to the subway, you can easily get to all of Stockholm’s universities and colleges.
Balder is situated in Ektorp, Nacka, in a tranquil, leafy residential area to the east of Stockholm city centre. Here you can combine classic accommodation in student corridors.
At Domus you truly live in classic student quarters. In addition to being next to KTH and near Stockholm University, the house is Stockholm’s first student dormitory, built in 1953.
