How to collect credit days
To start collecting credit days with us, you need to register an account on our website. To collect more than 90 credit days you need to be an active student and member of a Student Union affiliated to the SSCO. A supporting membership is not enough. It is important that you register the same e-mail address and Swedish personal identity number with us as you provide to your Student Union. It is with this information that our system searches for your Student Union membership.
If your Student Union membership has been registered on My pages within 90 days, you continue to collect credit days. If your membership is not registered on My pages within the specified time, you need to park your queue before day 91, or it will be deleted.
A parked queue means that you keep the days that you have collected so far, but you cannot collect any new ones until your Student Union membership has been registered on My pages.
If you do not renew your Student Union membership, your queue and your credit days are automatically parked. When your updated membership is registered on My pages, your queue is automatically activated and you will continue to collect credit days.
Please note that your queue can be parked for 36 months in total, after which it is deleted.
Problem with student union membership
Your student union membership is registered automatically once your student union has entered you into their system and you have registered your study pace.
Make sure you use the same Swedish personal identity number (or your email address if you do not have a personal number) both with your student union and on Mina sidor.
The student union registers you in SSCO’s membership register, which we update every night. If your membership still does not appear on Mina sidor, please contact your student union.
Once the registration is complete, your place in the housing queue will be reactivated within 24 hours.
