How to book a laundry room

You as a tenant have access to a laundry room in or directly adjacent to the property you live in. You book either via our digital laundry room booking, by downloading the Aptus Home app on the App Store/Google Play or manually on a booking board outside the laundry room.

• Your username and password = object number. You will find the objext number on your rental agreement.
• Activate your laundry pass with your Aptus tag when you start the wash cycle. You cannot activate the laundry session or start washing before the booked time.
• If the laundry time is not activated within 15 minutes, the booking is canceled and the time becomes bookable again.
• You can only book one or two passes at a time. You can see how many times you can book on My residential area.
• Cancel bookings that you will not use so someone else can use the time.
