Book a final cleaning

Through our cleaning company Cleanfresh, we offer you the opportunity to book final cleaning when you move out. In addition to cleaning all rooms, kitchen and bathroom, things like rinsing of water locks and window cleaning is also included.

Price: 40 SEK/m² including RUT-deduction (read more at skatteverket.se)
Example 1: Corridor room of 17 m², including your space in kitchen cabinets and the refrigerator in the common kitchen, SEK 680.
Example 2: Two room apartment of 55 m², SEK 2,200. Please note! The invoice is to be paid in advance.

To book please contact Cleanfresh no later than one week before the end of your contract at info@cleanfresh.se.

If the cleaning is not approved

Worth noting is that if you choose to clean yourself and the cleaning is not done properly, you will be charged SEK 1,500 for on-call cleaning plus a cleaning fee that is charged by the hour. To be able to get the final cleaning for the price of SEK 40/m² you must be entitled to RUT-deduction, visit skatteverket.se for more information. You will not be able to get a RUT-reduction when we order an on-call cleaning.

In order for the cleaning to be performed you need to remove all your belongings from the accommodation and from kitchen cabinets and refrigerators in common kitchens.

Return of keys

You can choose to return your keys directly to Cleanfresh for a fee of SEK 63. The keys are then handed to them at their office. If you return your keys to us at SSSB before the final cleaning, it will not be carried out and you will be charged for on-call cleaning + cleaning fee as shown above.

Should the accommodation be unusually dirty or have things remaining, Cleanfresh reserves the right to charge extra for decontamination and emptying of the accommodation.
