Termination of rental agreement

You terminate your rental agreement on My pages under My rental agreement.

As a tenant with us, you have a minimum notice period of two months. You can terminate your rental agreement by the 15th or the last day of any month.

Contact Customer Service if you have not received your notice of termination on My pages within five working days.

When you finish your studies or stop studying for any reason you need to terminate your rental agreement. If you live in a student accommodation without fulfilling our housing conditions we will terminate your rental agreement with three months.

You are also not allowed to sublet your accommodation during your termination period.

Please note that you will be blocked from booking a new accommodation with us for three months after terminating your tenancy agreement.

Change of co-tenant – waiver of part of a tenancy agreement

If you share your tenancy agreement with another person and want to change co-tenant, the person moving out must waive their part of the tenancy agreement. This is done by completing the form Waiver of part of a tenancy agreement.

In connection with this, you need to submit:

  • A copy of the ID of the co-tenant who is moving out
  • A copy of the ID of the new co-tenant
  • A copy of the ID of the main tenant
