Register with SSSB as soon as possible to start collecting queue days right away.
To apply for housing through SSSB, you must be a member of a student union affiliated with SSCO. See which student unions are affiliated with SSCO.
To apply for housing, you must meet SSSB’s study requirements, which are based on SSCO’s regulations. Read more about our study requirements.
You can apply for up to five homes at the same time. Read more about how to apply for housing.
If you receive a housing offer, you must respond before the deadline. Accept the offer if you want the accommodation. Read more about how housing offers work.
Once you’ve accepted a housing offer, it’s time to sign your tenancy agreement.
Your first rent payment must be received and registered before you can collect your keys.
You can collect your keys from your house caretaker’s office on the day your tenancy agreement starts, between 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM.
If your tenancy agreement starts on a weekend or public holiday, you can collect your keys on the next working day.
