Homes with a kitchenette include a fridge and cooking facilities. Homes with a kitchen include a fridge with a freezer compartment and a stove with an oven. In homes with a stove with two hot plates and an oven, only two units can be used at the same time, for example one hot plate and the oven. Communal kitchens have fridges/freezers and stoves with ovens. All homes are rented unfurnished.

Elevator
In entrance 4A, the elevator goes up to the third floor. In entrance 4B–C, the elevator goes up to the fifth floor.
Tenants’ association

Household electricity, heating and water are included in the rent. A broadband fee is added to the rent invoice. The property is connected to district heating and has a water-based heating system.
