How to collect queue days

To start collecting queue days with us, you need to register an account. To collect more than 90 queue days, you need to be an active student and a member of a Student Union affiliated to the SSCO. A supporting membership is not sufficient.

It is important that you register the same email address and Swedish personal identity number with us as with your Student Union. Our system uses these details to search for your Student Union membership.

If your Student Union membership is registered on My Pages within 90 days, you will continue to collect queue days. If your membership has not been registered within that time, you need to manually park your place in the queue no later than day 90. Otherwise, your place in the queue will be deleted.

When your place in the queue is parked, you keep the queue days you have collected, but you do not collect any new queue days until your Student Union membership has been registered on My Pages.

If you do not renew your Student Union membership before it expires, your place in the queue will be parked automatically. Once your updated Student Union membership is registered on My Pages, your place in the queue will be activated automatically and you will continue to collect queue days.

Please note! Your place in the queue can be parked for a total of 36 months. After that, it will be deleted.

Problems with Student Union membership

Your Student Union membership is registered automatically once your Student Union has registered you in its system and you have registered your study pace.

Make sure you use the same Swedish personal identity number, or email address if you do not have a Swedish personal identity number, with your Student Union as on My Pages.

Your Student Union registers you in SSCO’s membership register, which we update every evening. If your membership still does not appear on My Pages, you need to contact your Student Union.

Once the registration is complete, your place in the queue will be reactivated automatically within 24 hours.
