Individual metering of hot water and electricity

In several of our properties, electricity and hot water are metered individually for each apartment. This means you only pay for what you actually use.

This makes it easier for you to influence both your housing costs and your environmental impact.

How it works

Each month, you pay a preliminary cost (standard charge) based on an average consumption for your apartment.

Your actual usage is measured continuously. If you have used more or less than the standard amount, the cost will be adjusted up or down on your next rent invoice.

What applies to your apartment?

Your tenancy agreement states whether individual metering of electricity and hot water applies to your apartment.

Hot water

1 room and kitchen: SEK 179/month
2–4 rooms and kitchen: SEK 351/month

Electricity

1 room and kitchen: SEK 233/month
2–4 rooms and kitchen: SEK 454/month
