Individual metering of hot water and electricity

In several of our properties, electricity and hot water consumption is measured individually for each home. This means that you pay based on your actual consumption.

By reducing your consumption, you can lower both your housing costs and your environmental impact.

How it works

Each month, you pay a preliminary amount (standard charge) based on normal consumption for your home.

Your actual consumption is measured continuously. If you use more or less than the standard amount, the amount will be adjusted on a future rent invoice.

What applies to your home?

Your tenancy agreement states whether individual metering of electricity and hot water applies to your home.

Hot water

• 1 room and kitchen: SEK 179/month
• 2–4 rooms and kitchen: SEK 351/month

Electricity

• 1 room and kitchen: SEK 233/month
• 2–4 rooms and kitchen: SEK 454/month
