Lappkärrsberget

Lappkärrsberget, or Lappis as the area is often called, is located on Norra Djurgården, in the heart of the Royal National City Park. It is our largest student housing area and home to several thousand students, just a few minutes’ walk from Stockholm University.

Built-in fixtures
Homes with a kitchen include a fridge/freezer and a stove with an oven. Homes with a kitchenette include a fridge and cooking facilities. A freezer and oven are available in some homes. Communal kitchens have fridges/freezers and stoves with ovens. All homes are rented unfurnished.

Storage
Storage is available for all homes except those at Amanuensvägen 1B and 8 and Professorsslingan 47–53.

Elevator
Elevators are available at Forskarbacken 7–21 (odd numbers), Amanuensvägen 8 and Professorsslingan 10, 13, 31–53 and 57–65.

Tenants’ association
There are communal facilities in the area, including a sauna, gym and common room. The local tenants’ association LOM is responsible for these facilities.

Laundry room
Laundry rooms are located at Forskarbacken 5, 6 and 10 and Professorsslingan 10, 15, 39, 49, 53 and 57–65.

Other
Heating and water are included in the rent. A broadband fee is added to the rent invoice. The newly built properties have individual hot water metering.

The original buildings were constructed between 1968 and 1970. Professorsslingan 10 was built in 2000, Professorsslingan 47–53 in 2020 and Professorsslingan 57–65 in 2023. The properties have between three and twelve floors.
